Exhaust Fan Cleaning
Getz technicians are trained to use high pressure and hot water to properly clean your exhaust fans and all accessible areas. Safety gear and night lighting are necessary to perform quality service at your scheduled time.
Exhaust Fan Maintenance
On a scheduled basis, Getz will perform fan maintenance to include installation of a new fan belt, adjusting proper tension of belt, and lubricating fan bearings.
Getz offers new replacement filters and/or a filter cleaning exchange program. To ensure proper filtering, a velometer is used to indicate feet per minute air flow.
Getz pressure cleaning vans are equipped with a 1250 / 3000 PSI hot water pressure cleaning system, 250' high pressure hose, assortment of cleaning wands, and other cleaning chemicals and supplies.
State-of-the-art equipment such as the "Turbo Twister" used with our high pressure/hot water will clean your concrete floors, drive-thrus, side walks, and dumpster areas.
Getz is an authorized distributor and installer of Omni. Omni is a rooftop grease containment system that, when installed around exhaust fans, prevents grease from saturating the surface of the roof, helping to reduce potential roof repairs and a fire hazard.
Getz trained personnel can install hinge kits on your rooftop fans. This will maintain compliance with NFPA 96, 4-8.2E, and eliminate potential damage to fans and electrical connections during inspections and cleaning.
