Fenwal AnaLASER
HSSD with Modular Control Equipment
The
AnaLASER HSSD with Modular Control Equipment is an air sampling
system capable of detecting particles of combustion as low as
0.0015%/ft (0.005%/m), which is 2000 times more sensitive than
conventional smoke detectors. The higher sensitivity of the
detector allows it to detect low energy fires even in high airflow
environments, which tend to dilute smoke concentrations. A
typical AnaLASER HSSD with Modular Control Equipment system would
be comprised of a Detector/Fanbox Assembly, Air Sampling Pipe
Network, Display Control Card (DCC) with Enclosure, and standard
AnaLASER Power Supply. The AnaLASER provides coverage
protection for areas up to 20,000 square feet. Each AnaLASER
HSSD provides a full range of programmable parameters including
three adjustable alarm levels allowing installations to be
customized based on specific application requirements. The
AnaLASER HSSD also incorporated a real time ten LED smoke level
bar graph and a running history of previous smoke levels and
events, so that critical information is visible and available at
all times. All
Kidde-Fenwal
products are available at Getz Fire Equipment.
Typical applications include
telecommunications, computer rooms, anechoic chambers, museums,
electronic manufacturing, clean rooms, high bay warehouses, and
correctional facilities.
